Senior Designer, Civil

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented civil designer to join our team who will produce engineering drawings and 3D design models of grading, drainage, paving, and roads utilizing AutoDesk Civil 3D. The candidate will produce detailed and accurate 3D design models that comply with all the civil design criteria. The candidate should be detail oriented, willing to use basic geometric math to create design models, and be able to keep track of multiple tasks with separate deadlines. The candidate must also have a willingness to learn and implement new and more efficient ways of producing 3D models. This position will be located in our Downtown Houston office and is a Monday‐Friday in‐office role.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering or 2-5 years experience. 2-5 years' minimum relevant experience in refining and petrochemical industry, LNG project, preferably with EPC experience. Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Key Responsibilities: Develop 3D design models and drawings for our projects. Check 3D design models and drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with all aspects of the civil design criteria. Keep projects on schedule by utilizing efficient methods for producing drawings and 3D design models. SkillsMust be capable of utilizing Autodesk Civil 3D to create alignments, profile views, profiles, assemblies, corridors, and automatic labels.
