What You'll Do: As an Event Associate, you will:

Attend assigned local events, including farmers markets, sporting events, local shops, service plazas, corporate offices, and other community venues
Assist the Event Lead with event setup, breakdown, and daily operations
Engage customers and community members in a friendly and professional manner
Hand out product samples and provide information about Popcorn for the People
Process transactions using a Point of Sale (POS) system on an iPadMaintain an organized and welcoming event space
Assist in the production facility as needed
Support inventory, product preparation, and packaging activities
Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

RequiredAbility to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and community members
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to learn and operate a Point of Sale (POS) system on an iPadReliable transportation to assigned event locations
Ability to work a flexible per diem schedule based on event and production needs
Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
