About the role

McGough Construction is seeking a Superintendent to lead preconstruction planning and drive site safety, logistics, and field execution on complex projects. You will supervise field staff and subcontractors, manage schedules and budgets, and champion Lean continuous improvement initiatives across the project team. The role requires strong communication and leadership, OSHA 30 certification, and experience in coordinating with design teams, clients, and trades.
