About the role

Goodwill SF Bay is seeking a Reentry Program Manager to lead and expand reentry programming, directing a team and setting strategic direction for services to justice-involved individuals. You will oversee career coaching, assessments, and job placement, while fostering partnerships with community-based organizations and government agencies. The role reports to the Director of Career Services and collaborates with the Mission Advancement leadership to achieve outcomes and growth.
