Pay rate:
$46.13/hr. Shift availability: Mon -Fri, 8a-5pLength: 3 months with potential of extension For instant consideration for this role, click on Apply Now Performs a wide range of support activities for an executive, relieving them of administrative duties that are often highly confidential, diverse, and complex in nature. Serves as a management delegate for email inboxes and systems. Exercises initiative and sound judgment in the absence of specific direction from the executive. Our ideal candidate must have/must be able to: Provides administrative support to the assigned executive, exercising judgment and initiative as needed Administers programs, projects, campaigns, and/or processes for the supported operating unit Coordinates executive schedules, manages appointments, and arranges travel and related logistics Serves as a liaison with key executives, board members, external management personnel, and other important contacts to communicate information and obtain required data Answers, screens, and directs incoming calls, determining which matters can be handled by others Assists with preparing administrative reports, gathering sensitive information, completing complex reporting and analysis, and distributing reports to appropriate stakeholders May serve as a group leader for a small workgroup within a functional area, assisting with supervisory and training responsibilities while performing administrative support duties Greets internal and external customers and responds to complex inquiries Sorts and distributes incoming mail and prepares outgoing correspondence and materials Responds to mail and communications that do not require executive attention Coordinates meetings, prepares agendas, reserves facilities, and ensures meeting readiness Creates correspondence and reports from rough drafts with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Organizes and maintains confidential filing systems, correspondence, and records Performs other administrative duties as assigned Education/
Certification Requirements:
High School Diploma or GEDExperience requirements:6+ years of Administrative Assistant experience Strong communication skills Ability to accurately and efficiently record and type dictation involving standard business vocabulary and specialized terminology Proficient with MS Office Suite Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality Strong project management and multitasking skills Ability to communicate with senior leaders, board members, and external stakeholders Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills As a reminder, this role is being recruited for by one of our National Recruitment Teams and not your local Branch.
