About the role

Miami First Remodeling Corporation seeks an experienced Freelance / 1099 Independent Architect to deliver complete, permit-ready plan packages on a project-by-project basis. You will visit sites, take precise measurements, draft full architectural sets, and coordinate MEP and structural details for city submissions. The role requires Florida licensure, at least five years of residential design experience, and expert AutoCAD skills with deep knowledge of local building codes and permitting
