About the role
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for executive leadership
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence while prioritizing urgent matters
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting materials, and business documents
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting
- Track projects, deadlines, and follow-up activities to ensure completion
- Organize meetings, take notes, and distribute action items
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive company information
- Serve as a liaison between executives, internal departments, vendors, and external stakeholders
- Support office operations and administrative processes as needed
- Assist with special projects, research, and event planning
- 3+ years of Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Executive Support experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointExcellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting senior leadership or executive teams preferred
- Professional attitude with strong problem-solving skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality

- Experience coordinating executive calendars and travel
- Exposure to project coordination or office management
- Experience working in healthcare, professional services, corporate, or multi-site environments is a plus
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
