About the role

Supporting the Advocacy team, the full-time remote Advocacy Associate will manage operational tasks, develop advocacy materials, and assist in building partnerships to advance LGBTQ youth advocacy efforts across the United States. Key responsibilities: Configure and maintain team databases and tracking tools, providing training to staff and volunteers Draft and edit policy memos, social media content, and educational resources related to LGBTQ advocacy Build and maintain relationships with key non-profit organizations to strengthen advocacy coalitions Required qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in public policy, community organizing, or non-profit administration Demonstrated commitment to LGBTQ rights and youth mental health advocacy Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects and coordinate logistics in a fast-paced environment Experience with advocacy and CRM software, such as Salesforce and Quorum Strong skills in policy writing and data analysis for public reporting
