Position: Systems Engineer
Location: On-site 4 days/week
Duration: 1 year contract
Must-haves:
- 2-5 years of systems/validation engineering
- Routine work support, managing projects, system qualification, method transfer work
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Science, or related technical discipline
- Experience executing engineering documentation and technical reports
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work cross functionally
- Ability to work independently while supporting multiple projects

Experience working with Lilly devices or another pharma company
Day to Day:
Our largest pharmaceutical client is seeking contract engineering support to provide additional execution capacity for qualification activities, project implementation, test system sustainment, test method lifecycle management, and technical documentation efforts across the global device manufacturing network
The contractor will support business-critical initiatives including test system deployments, method transfers, qualification activities, sustaining engineering work, and site readiness activities while working under the direction of the IDM Test Methods & Systems organization
This resource is intended to supplement existing engineering capabilities and provide flexible capacity to execute an expanding portfolio of project and sustainment work
Compensation:
$40/hr to $65/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
