If you thrive on ambiguity and like making order out of chaos, keep reading.What You'll DoOwn the hiring pipeline: sourcing, screening, scheduling, follow-ups, and ATS managementBuild, maintain, and improve internal processesCoordinate logistics across SF and Shenzhen officesManage vendor relationships: office space, supplies, insurance, swag, equipmentSupport the Dimensional Residency program: applications, onboarding, logisticsHandle whatever needs handling — the scope expands as the company growsWhat We're Looking For2-4 years of experience in ops, chief of staff, or startup generalist rolesExtremely organized with high execution speed — you don't drop thingsStrong written and verbal communicationComfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously without supervisionTechnical fluency — you should be comfortable with GitHub, Linear, and developer toolingBonus: experience at a seed or Series A startupBonus: Mandarin fluency
