Job Position: Counter Sales Agent (Spanish Bilingual Required) Location: Dallas, TX 75228 Pay Rate: $20 - $22 BOE Shift: 1st Shift Counter Sales Agent (Spanish Bilingual Required) Stride Staffing has partnered with a well-established metals company seeking a Spanish Bilingual Counter Sales Agent to join their team This is a customer-facing, in-office position responsible for supporting inbound sales calls and assisting walk-in counter customers. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service while driving sales. What You'll Do: Answer inbound sales calls and assist walk-in counter customers Process new sales orders accurately and efficiently Convert quotes into confirmed orders Set up new customer accounts Update and maintain customer records Respond to billing, service, and website inquiries via phone and email Provide product information, pricing, and availability Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality standards What We're Looking For: Fluent in Spanish & English (Required)1+ year of COUNTER SALES Experience (Required)Strong customer service and communication skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentBasic math skills and ability to read a tape measureComputer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, data entry systems)Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Counter Sales experience: 1 year (Required) Spanish language: Required Work Environment This is a fully on-site, in-office position.
