Social Media Marketing Specialist\n Part-Time | $20–$23/hour | Opportunity to Grow Into Full-Time\n \n About Oh Yuk\n Oh Yuk is a Minnesota-based, family-owned cleaning brand creating specialized premium products for the real messes people deal with every day. Since 2014, we’ve developed cleaning solutions for jetted tubs, hot tubs, appliances, pet messes, kids’ car seats, carpets, and other hard-to-clean areas of the home.\n \n Our products are sold across our website, Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop, reaching customers through multiple ecommerce and social commerce channels. Our flagship jetted tub cleaner is a category leader on Amazon with tens of thousands of reviews, and over 50,000 reviews across the catalog. We’re proud of what we’re building and are looking for someone who can help grow the Oh Yuk brand and community.\n \n The Role\n \n We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our presence across:\n \n Instagram • Facebook • TikTok • TikTok Shop\n \n Responsibilities\n\n Create and publish Reels, posts, Stories, carousels, and short-form videos\n Edit content using CapCut and create graphics in Canva\n Build and manage a consistent social content calendar\n Create product demos, before-and-afters, cleaning tips, UGC-style content, behind-the-scenes content, and brand stories\n Grow engagement, retention, followers, and community across Instagram and Facebook\n Respond to comments and engage with followers\n Research trends, hooks, competitors, and new content ideas\n Manage TikTok Shop promotions and Seller Center activities\n Support affiliate and influencer marketing, creator outreach, sampling, and partnerships\n Track performance including views, watch time, retention, shares, saves, engagement, clicks, creator performance, and sales\n Provide light support for basic customer emails and social media questions\n\n \n What We’re Looking For\n\n Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok\n Experience creating short-form video and social content\n Comfortable with CapCut and Canva\n Strong storytelling, hooks, captions, and content ideas\n Understanding of community building and audience retention\n Comfortable using data to improve content\n Organized, creative, and able to work independently\n\n \n Experience with TikTok Shop, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, UGC, ecommerce, Amazon, or Shopify is a plus.\n \n Compensation & Schedule\n\n Part-time\n Approximately 25–35 hours per week\n $20–$23/hour, depending on experience and portfolio\n Opportunity to grow into a full-time position\n\n \n How to Apply\n \n Apply through LinkedIn with:\n \n\n Resume\n Portfolio or examples of social content\n Accounts or brands you’ve worked on\n Any results you’re proud of\n\n \n Bonus: Share 2–3 content ideas you would create for Oh Yuk.
