About the role

STEPS Behavioral Health in Baltimore is seeking a Bilingual Behavior Technician to support 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA, collect data on client progress, collaborate with families, and maintain a safe, supportive environment while building your caseload. This role is part-time with evening shifts and growth opportunities.
