About the role

Poudre Heritage Alliance is seeking a Program Development Director to lead the organization’s signature programs and events, including the Poudre River Forum and Capture the Cache. You will own program content, calendar, and partnerships across Northern Colorado, ensuring an engaging visitor experience. In a small, collaborative team, you will secure resources through grant writing and sponsorships, while tracking outcomes and ensuring federal compliance.
