We are currently seeking experienced 360 Perm recruiters to join our Phoenix team. We're looking for enthusiastic business developers who thrive on building new client relationships and forming lasting partnerships.As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage your own book of business in the dynamic Data & AI sector, driving full-desk recruitment from start to finish. Even during training, you'll have opportunities to bill while developing your skills in a supportive environment.Earning potential: Base salary of $50,000$70,000 (DOE), up to 30% uncapped commission, performance bonuses, and access to a robust client base to maximize your earnings.In this role, you will:Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and create targeted recruitment strategies.Source and screen top Data & AI talent to match role requirements.Manage the entire recruitment process, from outreach to offer negotiation and placement.Build and grow your own client and candidate relationships to drive your business.Stay current with Data & AI trends to provide clients with market insights.Contribute innovative ideas to improve recruitment processes.Support and mentor junior team members as a positive role model.Location: Biltmore Area, PhoenixHybrid Working: 4 days in-office, 1 day remoteStart Date: FlexibleIf you're an experienced recruiter ready to lead, grow, and shape the culture of our Phoenix office, let's talk.
