Requirements: The OpportunityPractice scope: Total joint replacement and general orthopedic surgery
Schedule: 4.5 days of clinic and surgery patient contact, plus 0.5 day of administrative time Call model: No ED or trauma call; occasional ED consultation requests for inpatients or transfers during regular business hours only Clinical support: Experienced OR team, supervised office staff, and seasoned CRNA anesthesia services Hospital setting:25-bed critical access hospital with hospitalist coverage and an EM-trained, board-certified emergency department team $615,000 guaranteed annual salary Productivity bonus:$73.75 per wRVU above 7,050 annual wRVUs Employment incentive forgivable loan Four weeks of paid vacationplus six paid holidays CME package: One week of paid CME time and a $5,000 annual stipend 403(b) retirement plan: Employer match up to 7.5% Practice in a Destination CommunityLive and work on Oregon’s Adventure Coast, where professional fulfillment is matched by access to exceptional recreation: Four of the world’s Top 100 golf courses at Bandon Dunes, approximately 20 miles away Mountain biking at Whiskey Run Trails Ocean and river fishing close to home This role offers the rare combination of surgical autonomy, reliable clinical support, strong compensation, and a lifestyle designed for time outside the hospital.
