About the role

Truck Bodies & Equipment International (TBEI), a subsidiary of Federal Signal Corporation, seeks a Vice President of Finance to lead the finance organization for US and Canada. Based in Homewood, AL, you will oversee budgeting, forecasting, audit, and SEC/SOX compliance while partnering with senior management. You will mentor a team of Controllers and Analysts, drive financial strategy, ensure GAAP compliance, and manage external audits, reporting to the President – TBEI.
