About the role
Specialty Consultants, the Leader in Real Estate Executive Search®, is helping a high-growth industrial real estate investment firm hire a Senior Associate - Leasing to support leasing and business development activity across its national portfolio of industrial properties. This individual will work directly with the Head of Leasing & Business Development to enhance leasing execution across the portfolio and help drive business development outcomes. Based in NYC, the Senior Associate role suited to someone who wants exposure to complex, multi-market lease negotiations and direct tenant and broker interaction, while building toward greater ownership of leasing relationships and deal execution over time.
Primary Responsibilities:
Leasing Support & Execution Tenant Relationships & Origination Support Broker Coordination Reporting & Internal / External Coordination Market Presence, Brand Building Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of leasing experience with exposure to industrial real estate.
