Manufacturing Assembly Associate – 1st & 3rd Shift
Location:
London, OH Shift Options:1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM3rd Shift: 8:00 PM – 7:30 AM Overtime and weekend work may be required based on production needs.
Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable Manufacturing Assembly Associates to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble products, inspect finished components, and help meet daily production goals while maintaining high quality and safety standards. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience as an Assembly Associate, Production Associate, Manufacturing Associate, Production Worker, General Laborer, Machine Operator, Warehouse Associate, or those looking to start a career in manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble products and components according to work instructions
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Operate basic assembly and production equipment
- Follow all safety policies and standard operating procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Meet daily production and quality goals
- Assist with additional manufacturing tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
