You are in control of your success!Build Your Crew: Establish lasting relationships with new and existing guests. You’ll become their trusted cruise guru, consistently checking in and proactively suggesting new voyages based on their past adventures.Become a Product Pro: Master the ins and outs of our incredible fleet, itineraries, and promotions. You’ll confidently articulate the features and benefits of our cruises and upsell exciting extras like stateroom upgrades and onboard credits.Learn and Level Up: Actively participate in daily huddles and sales training to sharpen your skills and stay at the cutting edge of the cruise industry.Set Sail Together: Participate in exciting guest outreach campaigns designed to get people booked on their next vacation.What You Bring to the Helm:Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Required). A Bachelor's degree in a related field is a bonus!Experience: A minimum of 1 year of successful sales experience (preferred). Experience specifically selling cruises is a HUGE plus, but not required if you bring the passion!Exceptional communicator: You are engaging, articulate, and can build instant rapport over the phone.High-Energy & Resilient: You can multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, high-quota sales environment.Product Enthusiast: You are excited to maintain a strong working knowledge of all Norwegian Cruise Line products.Compensation & Rewards (Anchors Aweigh for Earnings!):This is not a typical hourly job—it's an opportunity to build wealth!Base SalaryCommission: UNLIMITED uncapped commission through our sales incentive plan (paid monthly).Earning Potential: Most team members earn ($80,000 to $120,000+ annually), with our top performers earning even more!
