Employment Type: 2nd Shift, Full-time, direct hire Job Brief Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Filler Packer for our client. This job is responsible for performing filling, packing, pumping, drumming, and material handling duties to support various operations. This position works as part of a team to label and package quality adhesives in various size containers while maintaining a clean work area and ensuring products are ready to ship on time. What’s a Typical Day Like? Perform filling and packing work assignments. Perform pumping and drumming duties. Handle materials to support various operations. Label and package adhesives in various size containers. Work with a team to prepare products for shipment. Maintain a clean and orderly work area. Support daily production and packaging operations. Follow required safety and PPE procedures. What Are the Requirements of the Job? High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must be 18 years of age or older. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check. Must be able to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Union membership required after 30 days of employment. Ability to work in fast-paced environment. Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs. Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel. Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination. Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time Communication skills.
