About the role
- Two years of direct leadership experience required
- Three to five years of experience supporting individuals with autism and/or other developmental disabilities in a DSP capacity strongly preferred
- Uses empathy in all actions and interactions
- Works effectively as part of a team with co-workers and participants
- Demonstrates patience in challenging situations
- Communicates clearly and adapts communication style as needed
- Must have a high school diploma or GED Required
- Must have a valid driver’s license with Auto Insurance Required
- Must have a clean driving record within the last 5 years
- Must be able to pass a background check
