We are seeking a solution-oriented hunter to identify, pursue, and close new business across DISA, USCYBERCOM, and the Combatant Commands (COCOMs). This role will focus on building a targeted $500M annual pipeline and winning $125M+ per year in new single-award opportunities.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, qualify, pursue, and close new single-award opportunities in 4th Estate enterprise IT, network engineering, and cyber, focused on DISA, USCYBERCOM, and COCOMs.Build and manage a robust pipeline leveraging Tyto Athene's prime contract vehicles.Develop strategic relationships with senior 4th Estate customers, partners, and suppliers.Lead capture efforts, including qualification, Gate reviews, win strategy, value proposition, and pricing (including Price-to-Win).Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure innovative, deliverable solutions.Drive pursuit timelines and meet all milestones through award.Represent Tyto Athene at industry events and customer engagements.Utilize CRM tools to track progress and drive growth.QualificationsBachelor's degree (business, technical, or related field).Minimum 5 years of experience selling new business into DISA, USCYBERCOM, COCOMs, or other 4th Estate organizations.Proven record of winning at least 3 single-award opportunities valued at $75M+ each in the past 5 years, acting as the primary driver from identification to close.Strong background in enterprise IT, network engineering, and/or cybersecurity for 4th Estate customers.Experience in capture management, win themes, win probability, and Shipley processes.Ability to build relationships with senior military and civilian leaders.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Competitive "hunter" mindset with willingness to travel.CompensationWe offer an industry-leading compensation structure (competitive base + strong incentives) in a high-growth environment.
