About the role
Supporting engineering modernization efforts, the remote Modernization Engineer will provide technical expertise and advisory support to government stakeholders and implementation contractors, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and government objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical oversight and advisory support for modernization initiatives
Review and evaluate architecture designs and technical implementation approaches, including ETL, EDI, and API integration
Assess solution architectures for alignment with government mission objectives and compliance standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
IT-II security clearance or current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC)
DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAM Level III in a relevant field
Strong knowledge of AWS services and cloud-native architecture
Experience with ETL, EDI, and API-based integration patterns
