Japanese Bilingual Outside Sales RepresentativeA Japanese food and beverage distributor is seeking a Japanese Bilingual Outside Sales Representative. This position will be responsible for developing new client relationships, maintaining existing accounts, and promoting a wide range of imported Japanese food products to restaurants, grocery stores, and distributors across the region. Essential Duties: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Actively seek out new business opportunities within the foodservice and retail industries. Visit clients regularly to introduce new products, take orders, and provide product support. Collaborate with the purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and order accuracy. Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Working Hours, Working style 8:00am-5:00pm - During the initial training period, full-time in-office attendance is required to ensure thorough onboarding and team integration. After the training period, a flexible work style is available, including direct commuting to client sites and the option to work remotely when appropriate. Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of B2B sales experience in the food import/export or distribution industry.
  • Business-level fluency in both Japanese and English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively
