About the role
Adecco Creative & Marketing is partnering with a leading women's fashion retailer to find a Visual Merchandising Manager who will help bring the brand experience to life across stores. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to translate seasonal business strategies into clear, compelling, and executable visual direction while ensuring consistency across multiple retail formats and markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Global Visual Merchandising Lead seasonal visual merchandising initiatives across premium retail and international wholesale channels. Develop and execute monthly floor sets that align with brand, merchandising, and business objectives. Create, manage, and distribute visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring consistency and execution across varying store formats and tiers. Partner with merchandising teams to optimize product presentation and storytelling throughout the customer journey. Brand Experience & In-Store Marketing Collaborate with Brand Marketing to develop and execute in-store campaigns, promotional events, and brand storytelling initiatives. Support PR, social media, and marketing activations through engaging visual presentations. Translate marketing strategies into impactful in-store experiences through product placement, visual storytelling, and marketing collateral. Cross-Functional Leadership Drive alignment across Merchandising, Planning, Allocation, Marketing, and Visual teams to support successful floor set execution. Lead regular cross-functional meetings to review product strategies, inventory considerations, promotional activities, and key business priorities. Identify risks, opportunities, and operational challenges, partnering with stakeholders to develop effective solutions. Visual Operations Oversee the Visual Merchandising calendar, workflow, and project timelines to ensure timely execution of floor sets and initiatives. Establish key milestones, manage deliverables, and coordinate cross-functional dependencies. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance team efficiency and execution. Field Communication & Partnership Serve as the primary liaison between Corporate Visual Merchandising and Field Visual teams. Communicate priorities, gather feedback, and provide actionable guidance to ensure consistent execution across stores. Partner with field teams to support promotional launches, marketing campaigns, and visual standards while maintaining a cohesive customer experience.
Qualifications:
Experience in visual merchandising within retail, fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong understanding of retail operations, in-store marketing, product presentation, and customer experience. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
