About the role

Flagship Therapy is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant for Spencer Post Acute in Spencer, IA. The OTA will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to deliver rehabilitative services and support residents’ recovery in a post-acute setting. Ideal candidates are graduates of an accredited OTA program with an active state license. All levels of experience are welcome to apply, with a strong commitment to quality patient care and teamwork within the in-house rehab program.
