- Resident relations
- Greeting walk-in traffic and answering phones with enthusiasm (prospects and residents)
- Other duties as assigned.

- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Tax Credit Experience, preferred 1 year customer services experience
- Physical Functions
- Bending, kneeling, stretching, climbing stairs and ladders, squatting, and lifting to fifteen (15) pounds.
- Running and lifting over fifteen (15) pounds.
