Job Description
Job Summary: The Receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming and professional first impression for all incoming customers while supporting daily office operations and administrative needs. This role also provides administrative support to the Growth Coordinator and the Marketing team, helping keep front-office operations, customer experience, and cross-departmental coordination running smoothly. Work Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, and Saturdays, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities: Greet all incoming customers warmly and make them feel comfortable in the lounge area. Offer refreshments such as coffee, water, and other available beverages. Assist customers with entering their information into the Stone Profit system. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front office, lounge, coffee bar, kitchen, and common areas. Monitor and restock office supplies, refreshments, coffee bar items, kitchen products, and other necessary materials. Provide administrative support to the Growth Coordinator. Assist the Growth Coordinator and Marketing team with administrative tasks, scheduling, and day-to-day coordination as needed. Help coordinate and place lunch orders on Saturdays. Support general office needs as assigned.\nCompany
