The department is composed of recognized subject matter experts, who are proficient in a suite of program and risk management skills including: leading people, project communications, scope management employing Agile, establishing program metrics, developing schedules, and more.The Enterprise Program & Risk Management department provides support across a wide range of MITRE portfolios, employing ~ 50 highly qualified and experienced staff. Roles & Responsibilities: Project coordination for MITRE projectsImplementation and maintenance of project schedulesImplementation and maintenance of project risk register(s)Research associated with specific project requirementsHandling of project logistics, including meeting management and facilitationProject communications and reporting (includes generation of project periodic reports)Management of project artifactsApplication of artificial intelligence (AI) approaches to project managementBasic Qualifications: Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years of related experienceBasic knowledge of project, program and risk management as would be evident by a Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.Experience in the application of AI toolsSpecific experience in one or more project management domain (e.g., risk management, change control, schedule management, project reporting, quality management)Ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearancePer the U.S. Government's eligibility requirements for a clearance, U.S Citizenship is requiredThis position requires a minimum of 3 days a week on-sitePreferred Qualifications: Specific project management experiencePMBOK KnowledgeTask leadership or other supervisory experienceThis requisition requires the candidate to have a minimum of the following clearance(s):NoneThis requisition requires the hired candidate to have or obtain, within one year from the date of hire, the following clearance(s):SecretSalary compensation range and midpoint:$138,800 - $173,500 - $208,200 AnnualWork Location Type: OnsiteIt is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
