Cabling Operator - 2nd Shift $21.50/Hour | Monday-Friday | Long Term Position Masterson Staffing is hiring for a Cabling Operator position in Osceola, WI. This is a temporary assignment with the opportunity to become a long-term position for the right candidate.
Pay: $21.50/hour Shift: 2nd Shift Hours: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM Schedule: Monday-Friday Hours Per Week: 40 Job Duties Operate cabling machines that combine individual wire components into finished cable products Monitor equipment to ensure quality production Perform quality checks throughout the manufacturing process Follow safety procedures and production specifications Maintain a clean and organized work area Work as part of a team to meet production goals Requirements High School Diploma or GED required Previous experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite Experience utilizing high voltage test equipment Knowledge of electrical safety practices Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to distinguish colors (color blind assessment required) Resume required with demonstrated excellent work history (more than one year at most previous employers) Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen Ability to pass a national background check (no felonies within the last 7 years) Interview required Benefits Weekly pay Holiday pay Vacation pay Health insurance 401(k) Position Details Temporary position with the opportunity to become long-term Full-time, 40 hours per week Not located on a bus line
