MSP Specialist – Contingent Workforce ProgramLocation: Milpitas, CA (Hybrid – M,W,Th on-site) Duration: 3-Month W-2 ContractPay: $40-42/HRPosition OverviewJoin a global technology leader as an MSP Specialist supporting a high-volume Contingent Workforce Program. This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the contingent workforce program, serving as a key partner to hiring managers, staffing suppliers, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate has experience supporting MSP programs, managing contingent labor through a VMS, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily operations of the contingent workforce program and ensure a positive experience for hiring managers and suppliers.Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, provide program guidance, and facilitate the contingent hiring process.Create, manage, and maintain requisitions within the Magnit Vendor Management System (VMS).Coordinate with staffing suppliers throughout the recruitment and hiring process, including candidate submissions and interview coordination.Support the full contingent worker lifecycle, including onboarding, extensions, transfers, and offboarding.Maintain accurate worker records and assignment data within the VMS.Respond to inquiries and resolve issues from hiring managers, suppliers, and contingent workers in a timely manner.Ensure compliance with contingent workforce policies, standard operating procedures, and program requirements.Assist with reporting, data validation, and program metrics.Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall user experience.QualificationsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Procurement, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.3+ years of experience supporting an MSP, contingent workforce program, staffing account management, or vendor management environment.Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with multiple priorities.Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience with Magnit VMS is strongly preferred.Please submit your resume in Word or PDF format to be considered.
