Job Title: Chemist II Client: Food Manufacturing Company Duration: 3 Months Location: Chicago, IL 60628 Shift: 12-Hour Rotating Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Schedule: 2 days on / 2 days off, followed by 3 days on / 3 days off Description: Job Summary The Chemist II will support food quality and food safety operations by ensuring products meet customer specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. This role performs and oversees analytical testing, monitors quality parameters, analyzes process data, identifies trends, troubleshoots laboratory and processing issues, and supports corrective actions. The Chemist II will also contribute to process improvement, specialized testing, employee training, audits, and laboratory systems.
