Contract to Hire! If you’re experienced in quality assurance, audit/controls, or operational risk within financial services, I have a strong hybrid contract role in Memphis, TN (on-site 3 days/week).We’re hiring a Quality Assurance and Controls Specialist to help ensure key operational processes are accurate, compliant, and consistently improving (client name kept confidential).Must-haves: Bachelor’s degree 3+ years of relevant experience (financial services strongly preferred)QA / audit methodology / operational controls / process improvement knowledge Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a high-volume environment Ability to identify risk, evaluate procedural gaps, and recommend practical solutions Strong analytical skills (including root-cause analysis)Experience monitoring performance metrics and reporting recommendations to leadership What you’ll work on: Perform quality reviews, audits, and transaction assessments Investigate exceptions, identify root cause, and recommend preventative fixes Track/report quality metrics, error trends, and findings to leadership Partner with leadership to strengthen controls and improve workflow efficiency Support training, documentation, and coaching around quality standards Bonus points if you have: Brokerage operations experience Managed Accounts experience Trading or trade review experience Interested and qualified?
