Customer Service Representative Craft Wholesalers Inc., a family-owned business serving customers for over 40 years, is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. Key responsibilities include: Answering incoming calls and responding to customer emails and faxes Processing orders accurately and efficiently Providing product availability, pricing, and order status updates Handling returns, adjustments, and complaints in a professional manner Collaborating with team members and maintaining strong internal communication

Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday | 8:30am-5pm some weekends

Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of customer service experience Excellent phone and communication skills Basic computer and typing skills (typing test may be required)Strong time management and organizational skills Self-motivated, dependable, and proactive Must be 18 or older
