About the role

Why this role is compelling Imagine playing a pivotal role in a leading provider of AI-centric insurance software that is transforming the industry by turning insurers into autonomous insurers, and where intelligent engines perform the routine, and people focus on what matters. You’ll propel your career and earning potential by owning the expansion strategy and execution for the company’s Reinsurance business. You’ll have the opportunity to reimagine the product strategy by engaging deeply with customers to understand their needs and expanding a global team of product owners responsible for the delivery and implementation lifecycle in their local markets. Our client, a private equity-backed company, is known for its deep industry expertise and long-term relationships with customers in over 30 countries. Its platform includes agentic workflows that accelerate every capability across policy, underwriting, claims, finance, and compliance for insurers in the P&C, life, reinsurance, specialty, and workers’ comp lines. Reporting to the Chief Delivery Success Officer, this key leadership role will head a BU with direct impact on the product and market strategies that will enable the company to expand its Reinsurance footprint and catalyze revenue growth. What we want you to accomplish We’re seeking a disciplined, engaging, and humble Reinsurance leader who can maintain a customer-first culture by driving delivery excellence, customer adoption, and retention. You’ll be responsible for: Building and leading a global team of Reinsurance Subject Matter Experts, recruiting and developing talent so the bench grows with implementation demand instead of trailing it. Assigning SMEs as product owners across professional services implementations, ensuring accountability for the Reinsurance solution(s) each customer receives. Leveraging sector expertise to establish one documented Reinsurance solution standard, from blueprinting to configuration, testing and deployment. Serving as the executive escalation point on delivery risk; stepping in when an implementation is red, and the issue is domain expertise, not process. Building Reinsurance-specific capability into the AI-enabled delivery model, including AI co-worker use cases the SME team deploys during implementation. Engaging at a high level with customers and being their advocate back to R&D to ensure the company delivers value that drives customer success and retention. Optimizing implementation capabilities by cross-training Program Directors, Project Managers, and architects in Reinsurance depth across the delivery cycle. What we require 15+ years in Reinsurance, spanning treaty and facultative business, retrocession, and Reinsurance accounting. Experience driving internal digital transformation a plus. Deep understanding of the Reinsurance business and the innovations necessary to maintain an industry leadership position. A record of building and leading global teams of subject matter experts. High comfort level with matrixed organizations. Direct experience with AI-powered Reinsurance administration platforms. Significant experience owning Reinsurance delivery on live implementations, not just advising on them. SaaS experience a plus. Ability to work with customers’ senior ranks to understand their needs and map outcomes to product development. Consulting and/or carrier experience a plus. Ability to lead with influence and state a hard truth plainly, whether to a customer or an internal team, without losing the relationship. What you get Competitive salary and commission structure with large upside potential Excellent benefits Opportunity to work with an industry leader with an aggressive growth strategy and colleagues who support each other while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
