Key Responsibilities: Lead, develop, and oversee regional sales and customer service teams Drive execution of sales strategy through leadership, coaching, and accountability Establish KPIs and processes to improve performance and customer experience Maintain involvement in key accounts and strategic opportunities Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions Provide market insights on trends, competition, and customer needs Oversee pipeline management and forecasting
