About the role

Senior ConsultantWe are seeking a Senior Consultant to lead the governance and delivery of a cloud program. You will work across global Finance and Technology teams to drive alignment, ensure robust governance, and deliver key transformation outcomes in a complex, regulated environment.What You'll DoLead governance and delivery of the Cloud program, ensuring alignment across global stakeholdersWill support AI readiness and advanced analytics capabilitiesManage program risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation and resolutionCoordinate cross-functional teams across Finance, Technology, and Data to deliver key workstreamsPrepare and deliver materials for senior governance forums, including steering committees and leadership meetingsWhat We're Looking ForProven experience leading large-scale programs within financial services or consulting environmentsExperience with cloud adoption and data migration initiatives (e.g., Snowflake)Stakeholder management skills, including executive-level communicationExperience establishing and managing governance frameworks and PMO activitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills with structured problem-solving abilitiesBonus Points ForExposure to AI, GenAI, or advanced analytics initiativesExperience working across global teams and managing distributed deliveryFamiliarity with regulatory, audit, and risk-controlled environmentsExperience mentoring or supporting junior team members
