Your primary responsibility as a Receptionist is to provide exceptional customer service and hospitality by supporting administrative tasks as needed and contributing to a welcoming and safe environment. The ideal Receptionist candidate has a high standard of personal excellence, is reliable, takes initiative, and communicates clearly. The Receptionist excels in a fast-paced, engaging position, collaborates effectively with a diverse team, and prioritizes exceptional hospitality while helping seniors thrive as they age.Your Typical ResponsibilitiesGreet residents, visitors and staff warmly in person and by phoneManage and direct incoming phone calls on a multi-line system efficiently and professionallyAddress inquiries and requests promptly, reliably and confidentially with empathy and dignityLog and coordinate distribution of packages as appropriateCollaborate with various departments to promote effective communicationMonitor community access by ensuring proper use of the kiosk sign-in process and respond to emergency situations according to company policy and procedureAssists the Concierge with maintaining the resident transportation scheduled and managing event RSVPs and guest meal reservationsMaintain an organized workspace to promote efficiency and preserve first appearance impressionsMake hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction your top priorities in every interactionMinimum QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalentProven experience with a multi-line phone system with demonstrated professional phone etiquetteDemonstrated proficiency utilizing software applications to perform job-related tasksMust be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written EnglishDemonstrates initiative with advanced critical thinking skillsProven administrative and organizational skill setProfessional, pleasant and team oriented attitudeConsistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the communityPlease note that the above Responsibilities and Qualifications provide a general overview of the primary duties for this role and the basic qualifications.
