About the Role: As a Regional RN Educator (Clinical) with Elemental Management Group, you will play a critical role in shaping the clinical education and development of our team. Reporting to the Director of Nursing Education, you will provide expert clinical guidance and support to our nursing staff, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement clinical education programs to enhance nursing knowledge and skills
  • Provide one-on-one guidance and mentoring to nursing staff to address specific clinical concerns
  • Collaborate with nursing leadership to develop and revise policies and procedures
  • Conduct competency assessments and provide feedback to nursing staff
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and processes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to bring innovative solutions to our team
  • Regional RN Educator (Clinical) will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions and exceptional care for our patients
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of New York
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
  • Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in Medicaid and long-term care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
