About the role
- Generate new business through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, and prospecting
- Build and manage your own pipeline from initial contact to close

- 2+ years of true B2B new business development experience
- Proven track record of consistently closing new accounts (not just managing inbound leads)
- Comfortable with high outbound activity (calls, emails, networking, in-person outreach)
- Strong discovery, objection handling, and closing ability
- Self-directed-does not need structure to stay active
- CRM discipline and pipeline accountability
- Comfortable hearing "no" daily and continuing to push forward
- Hunter mentality, motivated by winning new business, not maintaining accounts This is not a role for:
