Job Title: MEP Construction Manager - Owners Rep - Traveler
Location: Remote (Travel across the United States)
The company: Our client is a leading owners rep firm who are seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager / Owner’s Rep to oversee mission-critical projects nationwide. You’ll be the owner’s advocate from pre-construction through commissioning, ensuring MEP systems are designed, installed, and delivered to the highest standards
The position: Act as the owner’s point of contact with contractors & vendors Oversee MEP design, construction, and commissioning (L1–L5)Manage risks, schedules, and owner reporting Enforce safety standards (NFPA 70E, LOTO)Travel extensively and lead onsite project delivery Could this role be for you? Deep knowledge of commissioning & MEP systems Strong communication & coordination skills Proficiency with Procore, BIM 360/ACC, MS Project, etc Willingness to travel and relocate for long-term assignments Why apply?
