About the role

Job Description: The Outsole Technician is responsible for a variety of tasks at the company, Conservation Through Craftsmanship, aka W.C. Russell Moccasin. Frequently, tasks relate to the application of soles to shoes, boots, and moccasins. Tasks include, but are not limited to, using adhesive to bond the outsole to the shoe’s midsole and using motorized equipment to trim the sole and shape the sole. Additional equipment such as a grinder and a sewing machine is also required. A final inspection process is performed before moving to quality control. Pay is determined based on experience and skill level. There may be opportunities for continued learning and growth within the company.\nCompany
