Production Assemblers NeededThis role focuses on the precise assembly and inspection of electrical transformers and inductors, ensuring each unit meets strict quality, safety, and electrical standards. Ideal candidates have experience with microscopes, soldering, and blueprint reading, and enjoy detailed, hands-on work in a clean manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and assemble inductors and transformers, including coil winding and core stacking
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders
  • Inspect small parts under a microscope to ensure product quality
  • Position, align, and solder electrical components according to specifications
  • Perform wiring, encapsulation, and curing processes for electronic assemblies
  • Mix and apply compounds, clean parts and tools, and verify materials before assembly
  • Load and unload parts into ovens as part of the curing and finishing process
  • Follow torque, insulation, and safety procedures to maintain consistency and compliance
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in electrical, mechanical, or electronic assembly preferred
  • Ability to use hand and power tools with precision
  • Strong attention to detail and steady hand-eye coordination
  • Able to work with small components and perform repetitive tasks accurately
  • Capable of interpreting blueprints and technical documents
