Position Summary:
The Creative Designer & AI Content Specialist will be responsible for developing creative assets that support product launches, eCommerce growth, digital marketing initiatives, and overall brand development. The ideal candidate has a strong design foundation, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for creating compelling visual content across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Design product packaging, labels, inserts, and other print-ready artwork. Develop high-converting ecommerce content, including Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and other marketplace listing images, infographics, and enhanced brand content. Create digital advertising assets for Meta, Google, Amazon, Walmart Connect, Tik Tok, and other marketing channels. Design email marketing campaigns, promotional graphics, website banners, landing pages, and other digital assets. Edit and produce short-form marketing videos, product demonstrations, and social media content. Maintain visual consistency across multiple brands and product lines in accordance with established brand guidelines. Collaborate with Marketing, Ecommerce, Product Development, and Operations teams to support product launches and ongoing business initiatives. Utilize AI-powered creative tools to improve design efficiency, generate creative concepts, accelerate content production, and support creative testing.
Qualifications:
1–3 years of professional graphic design experience, or a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Cap Cut, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies and creative workflows.
