This strategic technology leader will be responsible for defining and executing the enterprise strategy in these areas, with a focus on driving business growth, operational efficiency, and productivity. The role involves leading the development and implementation of the company's data, analytics, AI, automation, and innovation roadmap, as well as establishing and overseeing enterprise data governance and architecture. The successful candidate will be expected to lead AI strategy, governance, and adoption, and to identify and deliver high-value AI and automation use cases. A key aspect of the position is to evaluate and scale emerging technologies that support digital transformation and competitive advantage, and to ensure alignment with enterprise technology strategies and modernization efforts. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and at least 15 years of progressive IT leadership experience. The role requires a proven track record in leading enterprise-scale transformation, modernization, and innovation initiatives, as well as experience in building and scaling high-performing technology organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud platforms, enterprise applications, software development, cybersecurity, and modern data architectures, and be adept at communicating with executive leadership and Board-level stakeholders. Leadership competencies such as commercial acumen, a bias for action, critical thinking, strategic leadership, and executive presence are essential.
