About the role
Providing expert consulting services, the full-time IA Licensed Senior ESOP Consultant will prepare ESOP repurchase obligation studies, assist with pre-transaction consulting, and engage in business development activities, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Prepare and discuss ESOP repurchase obligation studies with clients, reviewing assumptions and results
Assist with new ESOP pre-transaction consulting and plan re-engineering efforts
Support business development by attending proposal meetings and participating in speaking opportunities
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree
10+ years of experience in the retirement industry with a strong background in ESOPs
Certification as a CPA, QKA, QPA, or equivalent
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Ability to interpret ESOP legal documents
