Survey Project Manager – Phoenix or Mesa, AZ Target Max : $165,000 cap Realistic Range : $120,000 – $155,000 Must be a hands‑on doer, strong with client relations and business development A leading civil engineering and land surveying firm is seeking a full-time Survey Project Manager to join its team in either Phoenix or Mesa, Arizona . This is an exciting opportunity for a licensed surveyor with proven leadership experience to step into a high‑impact role and manage a wide variety of land surveying projects across the region. This role offers the chance to lead client relationships, mentor survey staff, and oversee the successful execution of projects while ensuring compliance with state and municipal standards.
