Comfort Consultant

Responsibilities: Generate and follow up on residential and light commercial HVAC sales leads Meet with customers on-site to evaluate repair and replacement needs Prepare and present HVAC system proposals and financing options Build strong relationships with homeowners, builders, property managers, and contractors Educate customers on energy-efficient systems, indoor air quality, and maintenance programs Coordinate with office staff and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in CRM software Represent Bolton Air professionally in the community and at networking events

Qualifications: HVAC sales experience preferred, but motivated sales professionals are encouraged to apply Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Basic understanding of HVAC systems and construction processes Comfortable using tablets, email, and CRM software
