About the role
To support a growing fertility practice, the full-time Director of Strategy and Operations will translate company growth priorities into focused marketing strategies and operational plans, partnering across various teams to enhance patient acquisition and market performance in a hybrid or remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
Translate enterprise growth priorities into actionable marketing strategies and measurable initiatives
Lead analyses to identify growth opportunities and recommend actions for patient acquisition and resource allocation
Own key marketing performance metrics and develop executive reporting that connects marketing activities to market growthRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
2-5+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, or a similarly analytical role
Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience in translating strategy into operating plans
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
Experience in healthcare, fertility, or operationally complex businesses preferred
